Our office focuses on a variety of adult diseases including the management of Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Heart Disease, Osteoarthritis, Gastrointestinal Reflux, Respiratory Diseases, and Acute Illnesses.
We see patients by appointment Monday through Friday. We offer urgent same-day appointments for our established patients.
Our office has an on-site laboratory and we offer electrocardiograms, holter monitors and pulmonary function testing at our office.
Our professional staff has many years of primary care experience. We provide individualized care for each patient and look forward to being a partner in your healthcare needs.
Dr. Tang provides medical care for his patients on an outpatient basis at our office. We offer same day appointments for our existing patients when you are sick. Our onsite accredited laboratory provides a variety of tests at reasonable prices including:
- Complete Blood Counts
- Chemistry Profiles
- Cholesterol Testing
- Hemoglobin A1C Testing for Diabetics
- Thyroid Testing
- PSA tests for men
- Protime/INR testing for patients on Coumadin
We also provide the following procedures at our office:

- Small Lesion Removals

Dr. Tang also provides Inpatient hospital care for his patients at Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares. He admits patients with acute medical problems and consults on his patients with surgical problems.
